Who this policy covers

ARUNDHATI HEALTH SERVICES PTY LTD provides MoveRx. This notice describes MoveRx version 1.0.0 for iOS and Android, the web app at moverx.app, and our support and privacy pages. For privacy questions or requests, email clinical@diagnify.ai.

Information you choose to enter

Your profile may include a display name, age, sex, height, weight, current activity, goals, time, equipment and preferences. Health-related answers can include symptoms, conditions, movement limitations, pregnancy/postpartum status, medications affecting exercise, medical-clearance details, fall risk, walking tolerance and optional blood pressure, heart rate or fitness-test results.

MoveRx also stores the resulting plan, exercise completion, workout position and timers, dated activity records, daily notes and weekly check-ins. Step values and assessment results are entered by you; the app does not measure them with a sensor.

These details support on-device exercise selection, dose and effort guidance, screening messages and your own progress record.

Your locker and this device

You create a MoveRx locker with an email address and password, or in the phone apps with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. If you use Apple or Google, we receive only what they share to confirm who you are: a stable account id, your email address (Apple may give a private relay address that forwards to you) and whether it is verified. We never receive your Apple or Google password, and we do not ask for any other Google or Apple data. That account keeps your profile, 12-week plan, ticks and notes on the MoveRx server so you can open the same plan on another browser or device after you sign in. Completing the four profile steps also sends those answers to our MoveRx host and then to Google Gemini so the prescription can be written from the FITT-VP skill. There is no advertising or analytics service. If you connect steps in the phone app, MoveRx reads your step count from Apple Health or Health Connect; see “Step count” below. The app does not access your contacts, location, camera or microphone.

While you are signed in, a copy also stays in this browser or app so the plan can open quickly. Sign out to remove that local copy from the device. Other people must use their own email; they cannot open your locker. Anyone with access to an unlocked device while you are signed in may be able to see your plan. Protect your device and do not share your password.

The native app uses its local app storage and bundled exercise assets. The web app may cache public app files and images for offline use. Those public-asset caches do not contain your entered profile. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

Bedtime relaxation reminders

If you enter usual wake-up and bedtime times, those optional times and your reminder settings are saved in your own profile and private locker, like your other profile answers. They are included with the profile sent to Google Gemini when you consent to writing or updating a plan. Reminder scheduling uses local notifications on your phone; there is no push server or push token. Notification permission is requested only when you turn on the profile reminder switch. Saved changes update the reminder; turning it off, signing out, removing your data or closing your account cancels it. On the website, reminders only appear while MoveRx is open.

Step count from Apple Health or Health Connect

In the iPhone and Android apps you can choose to connect your step count. MoveRx then reads your daily step totals from Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android) to show today’s steps and the last seven days on the Today screen. It asks for step count only, read-only. It never writes to, changes or deletes your health records, and it reads no other health data.

Your step counts stay on your phone. They are not sent to the MoveRx server, not added to your locker, not sent to Google Gemini, and not used for advertising, sold or shared. Nothing is read unless you tap Connect.

To stop, tap Disconnect on the steps card. To withdraw permission completely, use the Health app on iPhone (Profile → Apps → MoveRx) or Health Connect settings on Android.

Exporting, printing and sharing

Export is optional. It prepares a JSON file containing your profile, plan, progress and activity history. On iOS and Android, you choose the destination in the operating system's sharing interface. On the web, your browser downloads the file. Printing sends the plan to the printer or destination you select. Neither action automatically emails the file to us.

A file, printout or screenshot may contain sensitive health information. A destination you choose, such as a cloud drive, email service, recipient or printer, handles its copy under its own practices. MoveRx cannot remove these copies. Consider who will receive the information before proceeding.

Native sharing uses app-owned temporary files. iOS attempts to remove its temporary export when the share sheet closes and cleans abandoned exports on the next launch. Android attempts to remove exports older than 24 hours when the native plugin loads or another export is prepared; it does not run a background deletion timer, so files can remain longer while the app is unused. The app's local deletion action also clears these temporary exports.

Keeping, correcting and deleting records

Your locker remains until you remove the plan or close the account. You can correct your profile using the profile button. Historical activity events are retained as records of actions and their recording dates.

To erase the saved profile and history from this device and your locker, open Privacy & account, choose Remove my data…, then confirm Delete my MoveRx data. That keeps your email sign-in so you can start again. To delete the email locker as well, choose Close my account… and enter your password. The native app first clears its temporary exports. A cleanup failure is reported rather than confirmed as successful deletion.

On the web, browser settings can also remove site data for moverx.app, including cached public assets. The in-app deletion action does not delete exported files, printouts, copies held by recipients, or emails you sent to support. Delete those copies separately or contact their recipient.

How the prescription is written

After you finish About you, Health & safety, Goals & equipment, and Schedule & ability, MoveRx sends that profile to Gemini 3.8 Flash with the FITT-VP skill. Gemini writes the 12-week plan. The finished plan is stored in your locker on the MoveRx server. Google processes the prescription request under its Gemini API terms. This is not medical care.

Website requests and technical information

The web app downloads its code and artwork from our publisher-managed host. Opening a support, privacy or other online page also makes a web request. The server and network services necessarily process connection information such as your IP address, browser/request details and requested path. Routine access logging is disabled for the MoveRx website; technical error or security diagnostics may still contain connection information.

MoveRx does not include your locally entered health profile or activity history in these page and asset requests. The site uses HTTPS. Do not put health details in web addresses or query strings. Hosting/network providers process connection information to deliver and protect the service. External sites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.

When you contact support

Emailing clinical@diagnify.ai is optional. The email link opens your email app; you choose whether to send and what to include. If you send a message, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. We use that correspondence to respond, investigate the issue and manage the support request. Your email provider and our receiving email service also process it.

Do not include unnecessary health details, identifying screenshots or a full export in an initial report. Information you deliberately email is separate from the records kept only on your device. We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations. Contact the same address to ask about access, correction or deletion of correspondence you have sent. The app's erase function cannot delete email.

MoveRx does not sell your local profile or use it for advertising. We may need to retain or disclose correspondence or technical records where required by law.

Adults and policy updates

Automatic exercise planning is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not a children's service. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so we can review it.

We will update this notice if MoveRx's handling changes. Analytics and health-platform integrations are not included in the version described here.
