Support
Help with MoveRx plans, workouts, local records and privacy.
Contact app support
Email clinical@diagnify.ai. MoveRx is provided by ARUNDHATI HEALTH SERVICES PTY LTD.
Include your app version, iPhone/Android/browser version, device model, what happened and the steps that led to it. Use a synthetic example where possible. Remove names and health details from screenshots. Do not send your full health-data export unless you deliberately choose to share it for a specific reason.
This channel is for app issues, not emergency care or an individual exercise-clearance service. If you have urgent symptoms, stop exercising and use local emergency services; call 000 in Australia for an emergency.
Start and follow your plan
- Choose Create my plan and enter your own health, goals, schedule and equipment details.
- Open Today, choose a week and date, then follow the numbered exercises and their prescribed time, repetitions, sets and rest.
- Use Start workout for a guided session, or record completion from the exercise list. Completion is based on what you record, not automatic activity sensing.
- Use Plan to review the 12 weeks, progression and explanations. Later weeks are conditional on tolerance and recovery.
- Use Library to search reference exercises. A library entry is not automatically an exercise prescribed for you.
Change details or report symptoms
Open your profile using the profile button at the top of the app. A change can regenerate your plan. Certain health answers and new warning symptoms pause automatic planning and show review guidance.
Do not change a truthful health answer just to bypass a review message. The app cannot provide medical clearance. Ask a qualified clinician about health decisions and appropriate exercise. Report new symptoms before continuing.
Images, animation and reference entries
Available exercise illustrations may animate automatically. Use the animation control to pause where it is offered, or your device's reduced-motion setting. Some library entries have no matching image or a limited technique description; the app labels these gaps. Do not use an incomplete reference entry as a substitute for instruction.
Any muscle-emphasis percentages in artwork are illustrative estimates, not your measured muscle activation.
Records, export and printing
Your profile and activity history are stored in your account and kept on the device you are using. You sign in with an email and password, and your profile, plan and progress are saved to your private locker on the MoveRx server, so they follow you when you sign in again.
Open Plan to export your profile, plan and progress, or print the 12-week plan. You can also export through Privacy & account. A native export opens your device's sharing choices; a browser export downloads a JSON file. Print availability depends on your device and selected printer/service.
Export is a readable data copy, not an in-app restore function. Keep it private. If a share or print sheet is already open, close it before trying again or erasing local data.
Sign in with Apple or Google
In the iPhone app you can sign in with Apple or Google, and in the Android app with Google. Use the same button each time. If your Google or Apple email already has a MoveRx account, you reach that same account. To close an account made with Apple or Google, open Privacy & account, choose Close my account and type DELETE.
Remove local data
Open Privacy & account at the bottom of the app, choose Remove my data… and confirm deletion. This erases MoveRx's local profile, activity history, progress and app-owned temporary exports on that installation. It cannot erase documents, screenshots, emails or printouts you have already sent elsewhere.
If deletion reports an error, do not assume it succeeded; close any sharing/printing sheet and retry. For information you emailed to support, send a separate request to clinical@diagnify.ai.
Privacy and exercise guidance
Read the privacy policy for local storage, exports, support email and website connections.
